- Administrative Affairs Unit
- Financial Affairs Unit
Department Tasks:
- Supervised university subscriptions from newspapers and magazines and distributing them to university units (according to the stipulated policies and procedures)
- Electronic follow-up of personnel files in the administration
- Supervising the commitment of employees to working hours and vacations
- Supervising training courses for management staff
- Follow up the work of the administrative staff at the Personnel Department
- Receiving correspondence directed to the administration and supervising administrative communications
- Renewing special passports and visas for Saudi faculty members
