  • Providing the necessary support to the employees in the administration to ensure excellent performance and excellent workflow in all departments of the administration.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the employee in the administration and ensuring a high level of productivity
  • Raising awareness and controlling commitment to working hours
  • Work to provide the requirements required to ensure the workflow of the department


Department Units:

 

  •  Administrative Affairs Unit
  •  Financial Affairs Unit


Department Tasks:

 

  • Supervised university subscriptions from newspapers and magazines and distributing them to university units (according to the stipulated policies and procedures)
  • Electronic follow-up of personnel files in the administration
  • Supervising the commitment of employees to working hours and vacations
  • Supervising training courses for management staff
  • Follow up the work of the administrative staff at the Personnel Department
  • Receiving correspondence directed to the administration and supervising administrative communications
  • Renewing special passports and visas for Saudi faculty members
